This season has seen growth in all kinds of exciting directions. We have a new satellite facility in Whistler, and we've added a new player to our team. We've performed some high profile installations, and are excited to present a new product series.

New Places - Holt Renfrew Vancouver

BLD Decor & Scenery is proud to have participated in the opening of the new Holt Renfrew store. We take credit for producing the dynamic chandelier that was the focal point of the flagship display, as well as the props that supported the rest of the in-store and window displays. The display theme was 'The World is Coming to Vancouver', and the mannequins, in perfect Holt Renfrew pink, stepped from their shipping crates in duds by designers from around the world. New Products

We also enjoyed a stellar opportunity to test drive our new back lit bar series at the grand opening gala, getting great exposure and feedback from guests and clients. These pieces proved to be every bit as haute decor as we could have wished, providing very cool, upscale bar modules that fit the Holt Renfrew sensibility perfectly. Like the look? New Faces

Our team has taken on a new player, prepared in every aspect for the creative challenges of getting the ideas from page to stage. Rachel Kane joins us as our Creative Director, taking on sales and show development, marketing, and office morale. Rachel has spent years in the industry, with a background that includes fireworks and special effects, set and decor installations, catering, and...dogsledding. She brings a full palette of skills, with experience in production, design, and marketing. We are already seeing the impact of her performance, and her energy is infectious. Away to Whistler

Another new place, so to speak - we have opened our satellite facility in Whistler!
