Rendezvous Calgary - How the West was Won
This graphic archway was the solution to deliver a clear and contemporary visual identity for Calgary Tourism, greeting guests for their Rendezvous gala. Erected in place in ninety minutes, it spanned the hallway of the VCEC in front of Hall C. |

Honda Canada 2008
Once again Honda Canada selected BLD D&S to provide design, sets, revolve, and staging for their 2009 brand roll out in Whistler BC. This spectacular backlit set fit snuggly into the Whistler Telus Convention Centre utilizing every square inch of floor space, creating maximum impact for this dazzling show. |

You may, by now, be familiar with BLD’s plexiglass bars ....... but did you know they can be set pieces as well? In typical BLD fashion we designed these stock items to stack. Here are BLD’s horseshoe bars used in an elegant set configuration. This makes for a very adaptable and easily transportable set feature which can be used for sets, exhibits, or displays. |

Star Drape
 Looking for a beautiful and simple backdrop for your stage or gala? You might consider using Stardrape. (A velour drape with embedded fibre optics.) BLD D&S now carries new stardrape, in addition to our original stock of 2 - 20’ wide x 14’ high panels. We now stock 2 brand new panels that are 20’ wide x 20’ high. These new panels have 900 fibres each, and have a full range of twinkle, cycling colour, and strobing options.
P.S. The stardrops look great with our mountain sets - create a starry night in the Rockies for your guests, with evergreens and local fauna to complete the outdoor experience.
